Ice cream would not be the same if weren't for Cuisinart and we
must be very thankful for that. Cuisinart brings us the machine that
makes it possible to make this yummy concoction in the comfort of our
home allowing us to save time and money compared to going to the drive
in or the grocery store for some. We must also be grateful because they
provide Cuisinart ice cream recipes which are some of the best I've
tried. Here is one recipe which is called the Chocolate Mint Ice Cream.
These are the ingredients needed for this recipe:
2 cups of chilled heavy cream
1 cup chilled whole milk
2tsp of sugar
½ cup chocolate syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (15 pcs) crushed chocolate mint candies
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, put together the whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract and the chocolate syrup. Stir or whisk until they are perfectly blended. Transfer the mixture into the freezer bowl of your machine. Turn it on and let it churn the mixture for about 20 to 25 minutes until the mixture thickens. At about 5 to 10 minutes before the churning stops, put in the chocolate mint candies. Turn the machine off afterwards and transfer the contents in an airtight container. Place it inside the freezer to allow it to get firm. After two hours, you may then get your scooper and enjoy!
Looks easy doesn't it? Well, you must try it to believe! You'll feel like you are expert in the craft once you've tried it because there will be no reason to go wrong for as long as you follow the directions carefully. Once you've made one, try the other Cuisinart ice cream recipes and I am sure that you'll enjoy them as much.
